  5. Day 5 — Your own ally or weight

  6. Day 6 — Sit through the sensation

  8. Day 8 — Your own flawed work

  9. Day 9 — Let go of what's worn out

  10. Day 10 — Gain and loss, level

  11. Day 11 — Doing it well is the discipline

  12. Day 12 — Neither chase nor flinch

  13. Day 13 — Anger runs downhill

    If anger rises today, delay any reply or decision it wants from you.

  14. Day 14 — You're already in motion

    You're already in motion.

  15. Day 15 — Do the assigned thing

  16. Day 16 — People copy what you do

    People copy what you do.

  17. Day 17 — Not someone else's playbook

    Don't run someone else's playbook.

  18. Day 18 — Stance weighs as much as act

    Stance weighs as much as act.

    Do one demanding task today without the running commentary about how hard it is.

  19. Day 19 — Depend on nothing

    Depend on nothing to feel steady.

    Name the one result or approval you're leaning on and act as if it's already gone.

  20. Day 20 — Understanding clears it

    Understanding is what clears it.

    Take the problem you keep reacting to and spend ten minutes just understanding it.

  21. Day 21 — Let it pass through

    Let it land without soaking in.

    When criticism or a setback hits today, don't argue it down — let it pass through.

  22. Day 22 — Earned today, not inherited

  23. Day 23 — The middle is the method

    Find where you're running to an extreme — food, sleep, work — and pull it back one notch.

  24. Day 24 — Still flame, not no flame

  26. Day 26 — Don't unsettle the room

    In one room today, watch whether your presence steadied it or stirred it.

  27. Day 27 — Drop the pose first

    Drop the pose first.

    Catch one move you make today to look impressive and skip it.

  28. Day 28 — Three doors out

    Three doors out: wanting, anger, greed.

    BG 16.21 — Triple is the gate of this hell, destructive of the self—lust, wrath, and greed; therefore let man renounce these three. read →

    Pick whichever of the three is loudest today and shut that one door once.

  29. Day 29 — True, without the cut

    True, and without the cut.

  30. Day 30 — Because it needs doing
